The linkages of local, State and Federal boundaries are complicated in the region, bringing these together will be key for success. Regional Development Australia (RDA) – Ipswich and West Moreton has the remit and linkages with local, State and Federal boundaries involved in the proposed project. The RDA also has regular projects with Trade and Investment Qld (Study Ipswich activities) and Manufacturing Industry (Defence and Aerospace projects). As such ACAL will have the support of the RDA Chair as well as Chief Executive Officer Rees Banks who works across the region and also represents the link to government activities at a number of levels. Partnering with RDA will be very beneficial to ACAL but also to Rees in the role he plays in the region.
